SUMMARY:Teenage Girls Group 4 of 4
DESCRIPTION:Confidence is the key to success in life. Young people have so much to deal with\, ranging from the stresses of life\, to social media\, to school. Young people have much less resilience now compared to their parents’ generation. \nWhat we have to do as parents\, as teachers and community carers\, is to teach the new generation and we must act now. This is where the teenage girls classes will be beneficial. We cover confidence coaching for both children and teens. We can help to develop the life skills they need in order to deal with the stresses and pressures of life and the challenges they may face today. Not only is there a crisis of confidence for youngsters today\, some are also suffering from a mental health crisis. \nThe young people of today are going to be the adults of tomorrow. If we don’t tackle this mental health crisis then the future for our youngsters will be an unhappy one and it will be a much darker place. We want to make sure that future generations have every opportunity to foster their inner self belief and resilience to overcome anxiety\, worries and life’s challenges and to be the very best that they can.

SUMMARY:Teenage Girls Group 1 of 4
DESCRIPTION:Confidence is the key to success in life.
